At Home Health Check-up Tips

Nurse BowWow suggests that you:

1. Flip the Lip - Check the breath. Look for signs
of tartar build up and periodontal disease.
Gums should be bubble gum pink.

2. Flip the Flap(ear) - Check for inflammation
   and funky smell.

3. Rub the Ribs(no fat) - Rub from neck to tail,
along the spine. Watch for signs of tenderness
   or wincing.

4. Fluff the Fur- Check for lumps & bumps. Pick up
fur: if it doesn't snap back it could be a
   sign of dehydration.

5. Listen for the Nails - Clicking on the floor
means it's time to clip those nails.
