Q: What if my pet doesn't like the food I buy?
A: We suggest that you bring home several of our samples for your
pet to try, if your pet is finicky. You may bring back pet food you purchased from us if your pet
won’t eat it. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, in
its original packaging, and be accompanied by the receipt.
Q: Is the bird for sale?
A: No. Lucy, our Military Macaw,
lives at the store. She came to
us as a downy chick and has lived her whole life
Bark Avenue Pet Supply. She loves to meet and greet our customers.
Q: What is the BEST food you have?
A: Each pet is an individual, and has it's own likes and needs.
The "Best Food" is the food that works best for your pet. Speak with our staff
and let them know what concerns you have. We
take into account health, age, activities, and breed before
suggesting a food for your dog or cat.
Q: Do you have boarding and grooming services?
A: Not at Bark Avenue Pet Supply. But here in the same complex, at
Bark Avenue Pet Resort, you can board your pets having them stay for
day care, over night, or while you are on vacation. They offer full
service grooming. Tours are given daily.
Q: Can we recommend a good vet?
A: Dr. Kathy Orr at
Bark Avenue Animal Hospital. She treats dogs,
cats, birds, reptiles and exotic pets. Dr. Orr had been the primary
veterinarian at the Phoenix Zoo for 20 years, where she treated all
the different species of animals.
